Tug Amsterdam (by Billings?)
Lew, could it have been their classic "original" Zwarte Zee Tug?
It was a build-up plank-on-frame and a dream kit of mine.

Tug Amsterdam (by Billings?)
At our last SSMBC meet someone came and gave away a Billing Amsterdam tug kit, 1:50 scale (plank on frame). Can't find much information on this boat. I do see a lot on the Artesania Latina tug, same scale. A little puzzled.
