Sounds like an equitable arrangement for the needs of both of you.
I'm currently using my study as my workroom as I'm just doing small stuff, saves heating the workshop just for that 🤗.

Just come in from a productive, and warm day in the workshop.

The workshop isn’t anywhere near big enough😠 The photo is a bit misleading. The concrete shed is split into two - ‘his’ and ‘hers’. My 60% is the workshop, her 40% is the potting shed + tumble dryer + freezer 😂🤣. There is a second wooden shed in the photo, just behind the concrete one, which is the wood store, and now the boat shed. 😁

I don’t get it all my way though as there is also a large victorian style greenhouse in the garden that I built some years ago for SWMBO.
