   Yes I think so as I had no paperwork only what I could find on pc.So had no plans just instinct. The ball on top of mine came from landing gear off a helicopter .

   Thank for the comment as I am really chuffed about this freebie. the person who gave it to me had one condition for me to have it if I put on show that I would put a plaque by it saying that her father in law made it. As she new I would show it at the local vintage show in the village. It was a problem when I first put on the lake sailing it as it would only steer to starb'd soon sorted with help . all is as original as was made except the repairs and giving it a crew and a few lights for night sailing thanks to one of the cheap shops and strings of lights with seperate batteries .Now looks on the pond.
